1. Account & Use of the App

• Eligibility: You must be authorized to act on behalf of your business entity to manage client profiles and scheduling logs through StylistHQ.
• Account Safety: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your platform credentials and for all activities that occur under your account workspace.

2. Client Data & Content Ownership

• Data Responsibility: You maintain complete ownership of client formula notes, personal profiles, and transformation gallery photos uploaded to your account workspace. You represent that you have obtained the necessary client consent to store this information and to compile before/after photos.
• Platform Security: Jetfuel Creative, LLC implements industry-standard technical security layers to protect your workspace data but is not liable for structural loss resulting from compromised user account credentials.

3. Automated Notifications & Communication Rules

The App integrates automated messaging channels to deliver customer appointment notifications, booking updates, and digital invoices.

• User Consent Obligations: StylistHQ relies exclusively on an inbound keyword handshake for mobile messaging subscriptions. By using this service, you acknowledge that automated text messages will only be dispatched to clients who have initiated contact by explicitly texting the keyword START or JOIN to our dedicated business number.
• Carrier Costs: Users and their respective clients acknowledge that standard message and data rates applied by mobile carriers may apply to automated text transmissions. Jetfuel Creative, LLC is not responsible for any fees incurred via these communication channels.

4. StylistHQ SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Program

Program Description: StylistHQ sends automated transactional alerts, booking confirmations, and appointment session reminders to registered clients.

• Opt-In Mechanism: Users and clients explicitly opt into text alerts by texting START or JOIN to our dedicated business number. By sending this keyword, you agree to receive automated transactional alerts and appointment reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on your booking interaction with the platform. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out & Support: You can opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message received from us. For assistance or support details, reply HELP or contact our administration.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jetfuel Creative, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the StylistHQ platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to StylistHQ at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or used the application for unauthorized or deceptive practices.
